Summer Camp 2024
We are excited for our 2024 summer camp! Summer camp is for children ages 4-8. Our camps are designed to provide a hands on fun environment! We spend 3-4 hours outside per day as long as weather allows.
Our camp will include nature activities in our large playground, water slide, outdoor games, mud kitchen play, indoor games, weekly STEM kit projects, art, music, craft projects, cooking, and gardening.
Camps are available on the following schedule:
7:45am-5:15pm Monday-Friday, drop off and pick up at any time.
Camp Options and pricing – Pricing is per week and does not change if a child is not in attendance, this price saves your child’s spot and ensures we can pay our amazing teachers. A 15 day withdraw notice is required. Leap Ahead is closed July 4th and 5th, weekly tuition rate this week remains the same and is not discounted - teachers will have this a a paid holiday.
Children must be able to attend camp without hurting others, children who have aggressive behaviors will be immediately dismissed. Children with past summer camp aggressive behaviors will not be accepted. We expect children of this age to respect rules and boundaries. This will help us ensure a fun summer for our campers and to ensure we can maintain staff. Parents agree to working with staff when children have aggressive behaviors at school, we are a team and expect parents to take aggressive behaviors seriously. Parents who are contacted due to any of the following must pick up children: punching, pushing, biting, spitting, kicking, throwing toys at others, and bad language.
Days picked may not fluctuate week per week, this is to ensure we have appropriate staffing and space for children. Pick your days at registration, part time is as space allows.

Children must be potty trained and independent in the bathroom for summer camp, child must also be able to dress themselves into swimsuit for water day.
Please pack your child a healthy lunch, two healthy snacks, a labeled water bottle, swim suit and towel for water days, and a change of clothes in case of an accident. We ask parents to limit sugar and dyes being packed for summer camp snacks and lunches!
Our summer camp ratio is 1:10, children need to be independent enough to maintain this level of teacher to student ratio.
